We assign a customer account manager to you who is responsible to help you get organized and ready to begin your journey, and stay on the path to a successful go-live.

We don't want to get too detailed here; but the following is a high level overview of the steps to success:

  • Obtain copies of our online training videos
  • Review videos
  • Setup main table information such as Default Values, Equipment, Zones etc.
  • Either load your customer and driver information online or send us a spreadsheet with the data and we will load it for you
  • Review the Rate Sheet set up video and set up your rate sheet information
  • Review the invoice formats available and decide which format suits your company
  • Let us know if you would like to make any changes to the invoice or driver settlement reports
  • Upload your company logo so we can show it off on your invoice
  • Enter a few weeks of orders to both begin to load your delivery location tables as well as make sure you are comfortable using the system
  • Train your users
  • Go Live!
